RAMON GARCIA MCALLEN - Ramon Garcia, 91, entered eternal rest Tuesday, June 29, 2021, in McAllen surrounded by his family. Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his parents Petronilo and Dominga Garcia; five siblings, Maria, Miguel, Tomasita, Alicia, and Venancio Garcia. Mr. Garcia is survived by his wife, Gilberta Garcia; four children, Dominga (Jose Luis) Mayorga, Ramon (Saida De La Garza) Garcia Jr., Tirso Javier (Arcelia) Garcia, and Dora A. Garcia; ten grandchildren, Maria Sughey, Yuri, Yazmin, Erick, Sarahi, Bryant, Karla, Claudia, and Kenia; eight great-grandchildren; his sister, Josefina Garcia Galvan; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Monday, July 5, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
