RENE R. SANCHEZ

MCALLEN - Rene R. Sanchez, 85, went to be with our Lord, Sunday, April 14, 2019, in McAllen. Mr. Sanchez was preceded in death by his parents, Amado and Petra Sanchez; four brothers, Amado Jr., Eli, Leonel, and Noe Sanchez; two sisters, Cristela and Mary Cano.

Mr. Sanchez is survived by his wife, Blanca Sanchez; ten children, Norma Lee (Jose Luis) Cervantes, Palmira S. (Hesiquio) Torres, Nora (Hector) Pedraza, Ruben M. (Rosa Nelly) Sanchez, Jerry Rene ( Alicia) Sanchez, Cristina (Thomas) Likeness,  Antonio  (Cynthia) Enriquez, Jesus (Jessica) Enriquez, Wanda Sanchez, and Rene (Beverly) Sanchez, Jr.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; his brother Ruben Sanchez; a sister, Sylvia Barrera; numerous nieces, nephwes. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Interment of his cremated remains will be at 3 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2019, at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen.
