ROBERT WILLIAM ROBERTS

ALAMO - Robert William Roberts, 83, entered eternal rest on Friday, December 23, 2022, in Alamo surrounded by his family. Mr. Roberts was born in Duluth, Minnesota to William M. and Elsie F. Roberts.

Formerly of Rochester, Minnesota and graduating from Rochester High School in 1957 he joined the United State Air Force. Mr. Roberts was a lifelong member of the law enforcement community where he started as a patrolman in Rochester, MN and raised the ranks to Chief of Police in Lanesboro, Minnesota.

Mr. Roberts is survived by his wife, Korlyn Roberts; four sons, Mark Roberts, Michael (Beth) Roberts Vogel, Michael (Sonya) Roberts, and Terry (Delcie) Roberts; six grandchildren, Eden, Kayleigh, Brandon, Connor, Loyd (Megan) Carey and his great-granddaughter, Violet.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.  

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
