ALAMO ALAMO - Romeo Martinez JR will always be remembered when he was born we all knew how special he was. We joked and laughed at how big he was as baby, but we immediately fell head over heels for him. He came in at 29 inches long and weighing 12.5 lbs, the kid was huge! He had a head full of black curls and the biggest most beautiful eyes any baby could have. Everyone that met him immediately fell in love. He was such a sweet-tempered child he always managed to bring a smile to your face even if you had the worst day. You could never stay mad him, and he had one of the most infectiously goofy laughs. His favorite song as a baby was Around the World by Daft Punk every time it would play; he would immediately start to dance. He loved to dance and just act like a goofball with his brothers. He is survived by his two brothers Rolando and Santiago Tagaban, his mother Olivia Tagaban, his grandmother Emilia Tagaban and his Two Aunts Margarita and Rosalinda Tagaban. His father; Romeo Martinez. His sister Carolina Martinez. Aunts; Julie Arellano, Jessica Olivo, Yesenia Martinez. His grandparents Tomasa Martinez and Luciano Martinez. He was a light that shined to bright for this world. His light has now extinguished but his memory will live on forever in each one of us. We will always carry him with us in our hearts and we will live our lives to the fullest for him. Rest in Peace Romeo JR Martinez, you were taken from this world too soon. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. July 25, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.
