Simon Gonzalez

Pharr- Simon Gonzalez passed away on March 6, 2015 in Edinburg. He was born on January 5, 1930 to Cruz and Petra Gonzalez. He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Santos Gonzalez. Simon is survived by his caring and devoted wife, Joaquina Gonzalez; children: Erasmo Gonzalez, Candido Gonzalez, San Juana Rodriguez (Guadalupe), Anita Brown, Estela Morales (Juan), Aleida Gonzalez, Carlos Gonzalez (Irma), Ludivina Avila, Maribel Elisea (Ruperto), Sandra Sosa (Ruben); and numerous grandchildren. Visitation will take place from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a 7:00pm prayer service, on Monday, March 9, 2015 at Legacy Funeral Home in Edinburg where the chapel service will take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. The family is in the care of Legacy Funeral Home in Edinburg.
