Survived by his wife, Esther Madera, Sons; Otoniel (Sonia) Madera, Eric (Elia) Madera. Daughter Michelle (Antonio) Hernandez. Son Simon (Sierra) Madera. Grandchildren; Juan, Destiny, Martin, Eric, Elaine, Eliana Madera and Ashley, Antonio Hernandez. Survived by numerous sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.
