Susanna R. Garza

MCALLEN- Susanna R. Garza., 70, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Ms. Garza is preceded in death by her mother, Elena Valverde.

Ms. Garza is survived by her daughter, Reva S. Rincon and her husband Hugo R. Rincon; one grandchild, Kaitlyn Rincon; three siblings, Ann Arnette, Estella Bergeron, and Robert Villarreal; numerous nieces and nephews.

A retired Special Education teacher, she was cherished by her students and remembered fondly by the colleagues who worked alongside her. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7:30 p.m. rosary Sunday,  July 27, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg
