Victor Manuel Moreno

SAN JUAN - Victor Manuel Moreno, 74, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Mr. Moreno was preceded in death by his  wife Maria Teresa Moreno; parents, Ramon Moreno Sr. and Julia Casares; one sibling, Rodolfo Moreno.

Mr. Moreno is survived by his two children, Esmeralda (Juan ) Diaz, and Maribel Quintanilla; four grandchildren, Paris (Armando) Rangel, Esmeralda (Joseph) Villanueva, Victoria (Gerardo) Perez, and John Eben Macias; seven great-grandchildren, Jonah Villanueva, Ezrah Villanueva, Kingston Rangel, Jalyzah Villanueva, Teo Perez, Ellah Villanueva, and Tiago Perez; seven siblings, Albina Ruiz, Raquel Barrrera, Ramon Moreno Jr., Guadalupe Hernandez, Isabel Moreno, San Juanita Muniz, and Carlos Moreno; numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
