Virginia Munoz

EDINBURG - Virginia Munoz, 80, entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Miss. Munoz is preceded in death by her parents, Leonardo Muñoz Sr. and Santos Salinas Muñoz; two siblings, Rufino Muñoz and Yolanda Muñoz.

Miss. Munoz is survived by her three children, Rosalinda Munoz, Alberto Leonardo (Ludivina Longoria) Zamora, and Abel Zamora; seven grandchildren, Michael Zamora, Anthony Zamora, Clarissa Zamora, Karina Analee Zamora, Albert Leonardo Zamora Jr., Darius Escobar, and Jessica Marie Lopez; five siblings, Clemente Munoz, Ambrosia Munoz, Leonardo Jr. Munoz, Daniel Munoz, and Mike Munoz; numerous family and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 2,2025, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Garden of Angels Cemetery in Mission.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
