EDINBURG - Wendy Lee Escobedo, 38, went to be with our Lord on Friday, August 14, 2026, in Houston, Texas.
Ms. Escobedo is survived by her daughter, Cici Torres; her parents, Gilberto and Nora Escobedo; her four siblings, Gilbert Anthony (Dalila) Escobedo, Francis (Joe) Salazar, Maria Elena (Juan) Cantu, and Gilberto (Angela) Escobedo Jr.; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday, August 21, 2026, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
