William Dewayne Ashley

Mcallen - William Dewayne Ashley, 50, entered eternal rest on Friday, May 16, 2025. Mr. Ashley is preceded in death by his father, Willie Fred Ashley.

Mr. Ashley is survived by his wife, Gniblo Veronique Ashley; two children, Soleil Ashley and William (Trey) Ashley II; mother, Susan (Stanford) Thomas ; two siblings, Erica Ashley and Robert "Scooter" Thomas III; numerous family and friends.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a 5 p.m. prayer service on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Graveside service will be at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens, 3 p.m. Monday, May 26 2025, in Pharr.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
